GREEN HOME GRANTS

HOW MUCH IS IT ?

Vouchers will cover two-thirds of the cost of eligible improvements, up to a maximum government contribution of £5,000.

If you, or someone in your household, receive certain benefits you may be eligible for a voucher covering 100% of the cost of the improvements. The maximum value of the voucher is £10,000

On 7th July 2020 the Government announced a new £2 billion scheme called the Green Homes Grant. The Grant gives homeowners and landlords in England vouchers to help cover the cost of home energy efficiency improvements and help create a zero-carbon future. The scheme is now open for applications until 31 March 2022.

Spray foam insulation can maximize a homeowner’s investment by sealing the building envelope to stop conditioned indoor air from escaping and prevent unconditioned air from entering a home. Air exchange in and out of a home is a leading cause of escalated energy bills. The mechanical systems that heat and cool buildings are continuously operating; reducing extreme temperature variations saves on the overuse of mechanical systems and leads to lower energy bills.
